If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

We have a return policy on certain terms and conditions, you have 24 Hours after receiving your item to request a return with a valid reason. Replacement will be processed in exchange of the return item. Please note we do not provide refund only replacement for the product is accepted in case of damage or defect. Refunds can be processed if the item is lost or undelivered. 

We ensure only the best quality reaches to our customer as each product goes through a well defined quality check process. However these being Handcrafted art products, there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The color shown on the website are close to the real color of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colors may vary slightly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Note: Please make an unpacking video)

Returns for glass item, Furntiure or customized product is not accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hansart.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Glass items, Big Size Furniture and Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, the replacement order will be dispatched accordingly

 

Replacement will be provided as an alternative in case of a defective or wrong product
